Lovely App but Hate Jumping Screen

I really think this is a great app. Its really the only alarm Ive ever had that I can wake up to fully, and not be jarred out of my sleep. My only real complaint is that if I set it and then want to keep using my phone, it makes my screen jump. The red bar at the top blinks on and off and causes the entire screen to bounce up and down--just like its doing right this moment! Its incredibly irritating and makes me have to set the alarm right before I roll over. What I want is to be able to set it and forget it and not have to wait till the last second before I go to sleep and risk falling asleep before I remember to do it (which has happened). Please please fix the jumping screen!!
