barely works anymore

this used to work perfectly fine for about three days. now my sound wont go off, it crashes when i try to add a song to my alarm, i even did a test run with the alarm and it didnt even go off (the sleeping screen stayed and there was no wake-up/snooze screen). disappointed. i wont even begin to mention all the other problems.
