This app was a life saver! New parents wake up every 1.5 - 2hrs. For a MONTH. I don’t suffer from sleep problems, but when you have a new born baby, you will be living with sleeps of 1.5 - 2 hrs. One of my sleeps was “14 min”. LOL This app helped us achieve my 8 hrs a day by tracking when I woke and slept. I’d have 10 entries sometimes for one day. It tracks and creates a 10 day trend and sleep debt tracker. Now I can see how well my baby and us have slept over time and see progress. Do we need to take a nap? How much sleep for me vs my wife? Does she need a nap while I stay up with baby? Excellent tool.
